Our process

  1. Request

    Send this form (or call). We confirm size, wood, layout, and site notes. No card online.

  2. Lock the slot

    50% deposit by phone or check after we confirm — holds your build slot. Building starts January 2027 — about two cabins a month.

  3. Build

    40% when your cabin starts. Species locks at signing once logs are cut. Custom layouts start with a $5,000 prints deposit, refundable until we confirm in writing that drafting has started.

  4. Deliver

    10% at delivery. Free setup and hookup when water, sewer, and power are stubbed within 5 ft of a finished pad built to our pad spec. Freight quoted after a route review. Pad, utilities to the pad, building permits, skirting, tie-downs, and any hookup your area requires a licensed trade or permit for are on you.

Drive must be about 4 ft wider than the cabin: 14 ft for 10-wide, 16 ft for 12-wide, 18 ft for 14-wide, 20 ft for 16-wide; 15 ft overhead clearance.
