Our shop is at 10697 Fowler Drive in Mountain Grove. Logs come in round, get peeled and air dried, then milled three flats so wall, floor and ceiling all read the same grain. Corners are notched and through-bolted — the wall is the structure, not a wrapper over studs. Yellow pine is standard; cypress is +15%.

Turnkey cabins include plumbing and electrical ready to hook up, insulated roof and floors, and mini-split heat and cool. Free setup and hookup when water, sewer, and power are stubbed within 5 ft of a finished pad built to our pad spec.
