How buying works
Cash only. We do not offer financing.
- 50% holds a build slot
- 40% due at build
- 10% at delivery
We build about two cabins a month starting January 2027. 2027 slots open.
You handle
- Pad — finished and level
- Utilities to the pad (water, sewer, power)
- Building permits
- Skirting
We handle
- Build in the Mountain Grove shop
- Free setup and hookup when water, sewer, and power are stubbed at that finished, level pad
- Freight quoted by route after a route review (example: about $34,500 to Northern California)
- Modular licensing in TN, PA, NY, NC, CO, CA, and MA
Modular states
In Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, Colorado, California, and Massachusetts the cabin goes through state modular approval, and we handle the licensing. In those states a $5,000 deposit (refundable until your final plans go to the state) holds your slot and counts toward the 50%. These states may require a different foundation or design loads.
